About the Author

Julia Mata is a conservationist and science communicator from South America who studied capybaras in Argentina. She currently works for Rewilding Europe and previously worked on Neon Squid’s book Rewilding.

Greco Westermann is an illustrator based in Valencia, Spain. He has always been fascinated by creatures, both real and imaginary, cute or creepy. He draws a great amount of inspiration from the natural world and you will often find him drawing animals to highlight their unique shapes, geometry, and patterns.
