The others are:  Hanukkah (Fall 2020 /  BGB), Passover (Spring 2023 / BGB), Lunar New Year (Fall 2023 / BGB), Ramadan (Spring 2024 / LGB), and Diwali (also Summer 2024 /LGB). The titles that first pub as Big Golden Books will be released as Little Golden Books a year or so after pub. The Hannukkah LGB is slated for Fall 2023.

About the Author

Polo Orozco (he/him) is an editor, translator, and writer based in Brooklyn, New York. He grew up in sunny Jalisco, Mexico, on a hearty diet of magical realism, Animal Planet docuseries, and Almodóvar melodramas.

Mirelle Ortega is a Mexican author/illustrator for kidlit and animation based in Los Angeles, California. She’s best known for receiving the 2023 Pura Belpré Award Honor for illustration on her debut picture book MAGIC, ONCE UPON A FARAWAY LAND.
