Series Overview: We are publishing three Berenstain Bears titles in Fall 2023: Helping (Berenstain Bears Gifts of the Spirit) is a 32-page hardcover storybook, Love (Berenstain Bears Gifts of the Spirit) is a 32-page trade paperback, and Money Matters is a 64-page trade paperback with two stories in one book. We launched the Berenstain Bears Gifts of the Spirit series with Caring (Spring 2021), Sharing (Summer 2021), Love (Spring 2022), Family (Spring 2022), Trust (Summer 2022), Fair is Fair (Fall 2022), Growing Up (Spring 2023) and Goodness (Summer 2023).

In addition to our ongoing GIFTS OF THE SPIRIT series, we're hoping to reissue/recover five or six classic Berenstain Bears titles per year.

About the Author

Stan and Jan Berenstain were already successful cartoonists for magazines and adult humor books when they began writing children's books. The first story starring the Bear family, The Big Honey Hunt, appeared in 1962. Since then, more than 360 Berenstain Bears books have been published, and more than 300 million copies have been sold. What began as an idea sparked by their young sons' love of reading has become one of the bestselling children's book series ever.
